Our annual healthcare scheme is designed to enable you to plan your horse or pony’s veterinary care throughout the year, saving you money and spreading the costs.

The Equine Health Plan is a convenient and organised way to maintain your horse’s health. To make it simple and easy for you to use we will send you a reminder to book your appointment. Your Equine Health Plan will renew automatically every year so you can continue with your horse’s annual healthcare.
Additionally, we offer a Riding School Annual Health Plan. This is designed to simplify and reduce the cost of the veterinary care of Riding school horse’s and ponies. We will design a plan with you for vaccinations, dentals and worming of the horse’s as well as offering a Pre-inspection examination of the horses to ensure we can identify any problems prior to your council riding school inspection. As this is a bespoke package, please contact the office for more information.

Health Club Terms & Conditions
£18.50 is paid per month per horse
Each horse is allowed an annual visit per year, this would typically be to do vaccinations and dental work
If that visit is booked on an area day, you could book a second visit on an area day
Similarly, if you have more than one horse, each horse would have their own “whole visit” fee and therefore you could spread your visits between horses
10% off long standing medication applies to certain drugs; namely prascend, equioxx and equipalazone. It does not include steglattro. If your horse is on other long term medication please discuss with us, as we want to be able to help! Payment for the drugs is taken at the time of ordering/ prior to postage.
You will be given diary dates for timings of your worm egg counts and saliva tests. It is your responsibility to ensure samples are taken at the correct time. You cannot carry over or use samples on a different horse
Money is taken via a direct debit. If you cancel the direct debit we will price the services you have had at full price and you will owe the balance. This will need to be settled under our usual payment terms.
